**Purpose of the Role**

Langdale's Night Porters are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests, coordinating support for residents throughout the night and responding to any emergencies that may arise in a calm and timely manner.

**Role Requirements**

We are looking for a Night Porter to join the Estate Night Team who, under the guidance of the Night Manager, are responsible for smooth operation and security of the Estate.
- Assisting with guest requests and understanding their needs
- Conducting check in's for late arrivals
- Dealing and responding to any emergencies with a calm manner
- Supporting reception and answering any queries that may come through via telephone
- Preparing conference rooms as per the guest specifications
- Carrying out night audits, estate walk arounds and security checks across our Estate
- Serving refreshments to guests
- Attending to a variety of matters that arise during the night.
- You must hold a UK Valid Driving Licence.
