Field Service Engineers wanted. Our well-known client is looking for experienced plant service engineers to join their growing team. This role would involve traveling to clients' sites within a 50-mile radius of the advertised location. When not at customersites, you will be working from the client's plant. Field Service Engineers - key duties and responsibilities:

- Service, repair and maintain plant equipment to the manufactures specifications and to ensure machine reliability and safety.
- Successfully diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain and various other faults prior to initiating and completing a repair.
- Operate our clients 'Service Master' diagnostic software via a laptop computer (training will be given)
- Complete a detailed report of work completed along with supporting photographs and all allocated times via our clients in house Service Manager personal tablet system.
- Complete risk assessments in line with company health and safety policy and ensure safe working practices are in place at all times.
- Accurately ordering parts with the parts department
- Relevant experience and qualifications e.g. City and Guild, NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications or equivalent to or greater than
- Experience in construction plant, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Experience - knowledge and experience of a variety of machinery ideally in the construction or agricultural industry.
- Relationship Builder - Ability to interact with customers and develop/build a relationship that ultimately delivers a positively satisfying experience.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
