**Assistant HRBP | Up to £149 per day | 90% remote | ASAP Start**

Macildowie is excited to be working with a healthcare organisation based in Nottingham to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on an interim basis for around 4-6 months.

The role is paying up to £149 per day PLUS holiday pay and offers almost fully remote working with the occasional on-site visit to Nottingham when required. The scope of the role is to help with general HR duties with an emphasis on E.R case work, whichis sometimes complex.

Key duties might include:

- Advising managers on the interpretation of specific HR policies such as grievance, recruitment and equal opportunities
- Support managers in dealing with complex sickness/absences cases
- Assist and advise managers with staff performance issues, including disciplinary actions
- Support managers with HR issues associated with the workforce including change management
- Support managers on dealing with staffing issues, structures and new roles within the division
- Support change management processes
- Deputise for the HR Business Partner where appropriate which may include representing the division at meetings
- Undertake project work to help towards the delivery of the HR strategy
