**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the L&D Administrator, you will ensure all training and development tools are designed, developed, delivered, and evaluated. You will ensure our LMS (Learning Management System) is always up to date, and effective reporting is being completed. You willtake the lead on ensuring a seamless induction & on-boarding experience for all new starters. Working with the C&D Business Partner, you will ensure a suite of learning opportunities for each development path while recording both the internal development programmesand coordinating external sessions.

Having a passion to learn, willingness to take on new tasks and a supportive approach, will set you up for success in this role.

You’ll need to be able to work from your own initiative, paired with a positive and proactive attitude to everything you do. As well as:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills at intermediate to advanced level
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accurate and organised
- Proactive self-starter
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the business

- Co-ordinate our Top Talent programmes, workshops, and apprenticeship programmes
- Maintain our on-line learning system with up-to-date training, hierarchy information, and regular administrative actions
- Be the key contact for all on-line learning and Fourth Engage queries
- Maintain the career pathways on the online learning system
- Support team engagement communications and reporting where required
- Maintain the team CRM data base, setting up workflows and providing reports where needed
- Communicate weekly updates for on-line training via Fourth Engage and the weekly bulletin
- Run and distribute all LMS reports - Proactively looking for ways to improve the process
- Organise inductions/on-boarding/folders/welcome packs for new management recruits
