**Position**: Thermoformer Setter
**Location**: Gateshead
**Hourly Rate**: £15.21 per hour DOE
**Shifts**: 3 shift pattern - 7 am - 3 pm / 3 pm - 11 pm / 11 pm - 7 am

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Thermoforming machines efficiently for quality and speed.
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly during shifts.
- Perform tool changes and inspections as required.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively with supervisors.
- Assist with pallet wrapping and maintain cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Thermoforming Operations: Previous experience essential.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate completion of paperwork.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in tool changes and inspections.
- Quality Assurance: Experience in quality checks.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve operational issues.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with supervisors.
- Team Player: Willingness to assist with various tasks.
- Safety Consciousness: Adherence to safety protocols.

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.21 per hour
