Spire Wellesley Hospital are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Records function.

Spire Wellesley Hospital has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, ENT.

**Duties and responsibilities**

As a Team Leader you will assist the Manager in ensuring best practice is followed at all times. You will support with 1-2-1’s, KPI’s and rotas as well as work hands on in the preparation of Medical Records for Clinics. You will assist with audits and ensure GDPR is followed at all times as the team manages all requests in an accurate and timely manner.

**Who we're looking for**
- Experience in a Team Leader or Management role ideally within administration
- Good computer literacy and a great communicator
- The flexibility to work on our rota
