**About You**

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Identifying and creating new business opportunities within the care sector
- Achieving set targets and developing strong relationships for future business
- Promoting strategies to gain new clients through channels such as face-to face meetings, remote calls, telephone calls, written correspondence and social media management
- Working independently and excellent time management
- Attending meetings with the management team to share ideas and develop new strategies for business growth
- To provide accurate reports and sales forecasts
- Strong listening and clear communication skills is a must
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A full UK clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
- An understanding of the Home Care sector would be desirable
- To complete any mandatory training requirements
- You should have the right to work in the United Kingdom
- An Enhanced DBS will be required
