**About Us**:
Hazlemere Windows Ltd. Is a customer focussed retail installer of high-quality home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, replacement roofs, windows and doors in both uPVC and aluminium.

As Sales Manager, you would be leading an experienced and talented team of sales professionals to deliver our ambitious growth targets. The role is vital to the development of the business and as such, a competitive salary and benefits package is ready andwaiting for the right person.

**Sales Manager** - The Role:
To achieve the business plan through the development of a highly skilled and productive sales force and supporting the marketing function helping to drive and measure business growth.

**Sales Manager** - Key Responsibilities:

- To meet the sales targets set by the board
- To drive sales growth
- To implement robust processes and procedures to effectively manage and measure sales force activity and effectiveness
- Using the company CRM and Key Performance Indicators, to support, develop, and improve the sales function
- To source, retain a fully functioning and highly productive field sales force to deliver the business plan

Experience
- Ambitious and experienced Sales professional with strong leadership skills who has consistently delivered results

- Experience of working in a sales driven organisation and the ability to translate best practice
- Experience of developing an effective field sales force and managing them appropriately to deliver sustained sales growth
- Experience of designing and successfully implementing rigorous sales processes to measure and monitor performance
- To be able to lead from the front and demonstrate a level of gravitas
