Moy Stores Team Leader

**Job Role**:

- Lead the team at Moy, including tray decluttering activities and personnel within the Dry Goods Stores, as assigned by the Moy Stores Supervisor
- Ensure daily manning is in place at all times to cover all Moy Dry Goods activities
- Ensure that Moy Dry Goods Stores comply with all Group Policies
- Attend all relevant meetings representing Moy Dry Goods Stores, as requested by the Moy Stores Supervisor
- Investigate any stocks out at Moy stores, identifying the root cause and ensuring corrective action to prevent a reoccurrence.
- Control of stocks, from a day-to-day basis ensuring stock available at Moy, liaising with the Materials Controllers if any issues with stocks are identified.
- Reporting any ‘Stock Outs’ in a timely manner to all revenant stakeholders. Root causing and implementing corrective actions to prevent a reoccurrence.
- Ensure stock reconciliations are conducted for Moy.
- Lead and/or Participate in Group projects. This may require travel to other sites within the Group.
- Strive to add continuous approvement to the Purchasing Supply Chain Team (PSCT) in whatever means brings benefit to the company and/or other team members
- Continue to drive added value and/or department improvements
- Ensure that in all aspects of the role, product safety, legality and quality systems are adhered to and maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Experience from similar role is essential
- Hands on approach to solving problems and achieving results is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
- IT experience is essential including word, excel and outlook
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to be highly flexible with regards working hours

**Salary**: £20,564.01-£45,542.10 per year
