An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Older Peoples' Community Physiotherapy Service in Rotherham. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest of working with older people with mental health conditions. You will be an integral member of the Community Mental Health Team, comprising allied health professionals, medical staff, community nurses and support workers.

The post will entail assisting with patient's mobility and supervision of exercise programmes, group exercises, and passive movements. You will work with patients in a variety of community settings.

The post holder will manage a delegated clinical caseload and be expected to work without direct supervision.
