IT Support Analyst

**What you will do**

Day to day you will
- Support end users locally on site or remotely covering Workplace (hardware, desktop software, printers, file servers, local network) and Collaboration tools for cases that cannot be resolved remotely by the Global Service Desk
- Manage requests in the company's IT Service system
- Ensure correct administration of hardware and software following defined processes
- Be responsible for local CISCO network layout and infrastructure, including arranging and managing network cabling, arranging wireless surveys, and remote VPN sites
- Be responsible for local management and setup of servers, ensuring their compliance with InfoSec standards
- Be responsible for the installation and configuration of collaboration tools software on clients, such as Lync, Smartphones, Videoconferencing, IP phone technologies, and provide instruction and education to users about these tools, as well as support settingup meetings with the tools and troubleshoot any technical issues with the collaboration tools
- Support desktop/laptop users working with Windows 10 and Office 365, as well as site printing solutions

**Who you are**

You will have proven experience in providing IT support. This will include supporting Windows 10 & Office 365, server management and a working knowledge of network infrastructure.

As this role involves periodic travel you will need to hold a driving licence and have access to your own transport.
