We are currently seeking a Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and play a key role in advancing the educational journey of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at our school, you will:

- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
- Provide support and guidance to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to students' holistic development and well-being.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to cover all classes across the school. Additionally, you will be allocated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time to ensure you can effectively support the school's educational objectives.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this Full-Time HLTA role, you should:

- Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.
- Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is advantageous.

- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
