We rapidly publish the latest independent expert advice and cutting-edge research directly from international thought leaders in a range of convenient and engaging formats - from 1:1 video interviews, round table debates, podcasts, live webcasts, feature articles, newsletters and e-learning.

**The Role**

MMP are looking for an experienced Medical Learning Planner to facilitate the smooth and effective delivery of our programme of online courses. This is a highly collaborative role that involves working across teams to deliver, high quality, medical, scientific and educational content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage timely project plans (ASANA/JIRA/TRELLO) for each VJAcademy course and across courses with team responsibilities clearly defined. Identify and document project risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation and risk strategies are implemented.
- Involvement in troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the project’s lifecycle, this should be done in a logically creative and innovative manner.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring the right information is recorded, reported and distributed, thereby ensuring that all are suitably informed.
- Organise course accreditation, liaising with all stakeholders
- Manage course finances, including accreditation, partner fees, honoraria and freelancer costs.
- Book in all VJAcademy meetings with internal and external stakeholders, minute and manage actions. This includes booking filming/recording of course content.
- Coordinate course graphics and assets
- Upload course content, facilitate QC with authors and medical writers and final testing before go live. Manage the VJAcademy area on each journal, proactively suggesting improvements to the Scientific lead
- Identify and recommend modern technologies that will benefit VJAcademy, working with the Digital Project Manager, Development and Design teams, to ensure the highest levels of learner engagement.
- Coordinate with Marketing to promote each course
- Collate data and report on monthly successes and learnings and feed back into project planning for continued improvements.
- 3+ years CME experience, working on digital or educational projects. Understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and iterative methodologies. Be an innovative problem solver that is able to facilitate and identify creative solutions.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for courses and works well within a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and partners. Good written and verbal skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Some of the following elements would be beneficial to the role, but not essential
- Experience in Healthcare Communications and an understanding of the specific challenges faced in this industry
- Experience in delivering online courses in a variety of different formants would be preferred, but not essential
- accredited project management qualification in a specific methodology
- Self-starter. Must be able to manage own time successfully. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams at once.
