Private Client Assistant

**Location**: Cirencester head office with Hybrid working patterns available

The main purpose of this entry level role is to support the Private Client Advice Team with the day-to-day activities that are required for us to deliver a first-class service to our Partners, primarily through workflow management, case allocation, assistance with proposals and supporting our Partners and team members with the preparation of documentation and submission of business.

Who are we looking for:
We are seeking someone with excellent relationship and communications skills, who puts clients and customer experience at the heart of what they do. You will be analytical, proactive and adaptable in your approach to work, confident in talking to people with high attention to detail and accuracy in your writing capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Draft bespoke client facing advice proposals
- Prepare trust documentation
- Assist the Partners and team members with the submission of business
- Design and update spreadsheets
- Provide and collate (MI) management information,
- Produce investment performance data using spreadsheet and analytical tools
- Update Peer Review spreadsheet and files
- Request concessions on behalf of colleagues in the team
- Act as a point of contact within the team for drafting of advice proposals
- Undertake admin tasks as required of the role
- Undertake and manage projects to support existing Private Client business

Special Requirements
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Aptitude for managing and analysing data sets
- Willingness to train toward achieving your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certification or in the process of.
