A high-volume manufacturer of plastic products, that are part of a global organisation, is actively looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Multi-Skilled, Electrical or Mechanical bias considered.

This role offers additional training along with the opportunity to obtain vocational qualifications

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring maximum production output, maintaining high OEE levels.

**As Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include -**
- Carrying planned maintenance and resolving breakdowns on manufacturing equipment and ancillary equipment
- Carrying out improvement projects to ensure machines run efficiently, and minimising downtime
- Have a background in fault-finding, repairing and proactively maintaining manufacturing machinery that converts raw material into a product which incorporates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Hold the same job title, or similar such as Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance Fitter

A salary of £36,000 - £43,000

Continental shift pattern, 4 on 4 off

Plenty of opportunities for further development, including college courses

Based in the North Nottinghamshire area, located closely to the M1, this role is easily commutable from Sheffield, Chesterfield, Nottingham, Derby and Newark.
