**Objectives of this role**
The E-Learning and Digital Content Developer has primary responsibility for developing resources and implementing e-learning solutions across Springboard’s programmes. Developing, managing, and maintaining content & e-learning solutions for a suite of educationalresources linked to Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism. You will also support the delivery of each of Springboard’s programmes using a variety of media as appropriate. A large focus on instructional design, designing, testing, and implementing digital learningsolutions either as part of or throughout their whole life cycle. Reviewing existing learning solutions and adapting content as and when required ensuring that it is up to date and relevant. Platform support of our e-learning suites for both users and teammembers, including co-operative design, to troubleshooting, and access issues.
**A month in the life of..**:
- Research, develop and produce the content for Springboard’s educational and employability programmes.
- Working in collaboration with other departments to produce high quality e-learning solutions in line with marketing and branding.
- Developing e-learning solutions including identifying and evaluating e-tools, new approaches to e-learning and emerging notions of embedding e-learning in the
educational / training context.
- Platform Administration across our digital suite assisting both learners and our team to achieve their goals and troubleshoot issues.
- Assisting the marketing department in creating content for our varied campaigns, including the filming and editing process.
**This job is for you if you have**:
- Have Instructional Design experience.
- If you are IT proficient with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have working knowledge of e-learning management systems, experience with the FLOW / Mapal One platform would be beneficial.
- Have first class communication skills including the ability to network and develop relationships at all levels internally and externally.
- Skilled in careful planning, scheduling, and co-ordination of tasks.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of designing and producing digital learning resources across varied platforms
**It would also be good if you**:
- Have experience in Education, Hospitality or both.
- Can work comprehensively in Photoshop or other video & audio editing software
