**Hygiene Supervisor (Nights)**
My client are in search of a Hygiene Supervisor to work alongside the Technical Manager and Operations Director to upkeep the company’s strict hygiene standards. The company has grown from 70 staff to 240 staff in the last few years and have further plans of expansion.
**Hours of Work**: 9pm
- 5am
**Main Responsibilities**:
The Hygiene Supervisor will oversee a small team of Hygiene Operatives and ensure factory equipment have been cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. You will follow health and safety regulations and monitor and maintain quality and compliance targets and keep up-to date documentation. The Hygiene Supervisor will prepare the factory for internal audits and company visits, delegating tasks and deadlines and setting clear team goals to complete this. At the end of shift, you will sign off the factory back to the production shift and complete a daily factory walk around at the end of shift ensuring that hygiene standards are met.
**Essential Criteria**:
The successful Hygiene Supervisor will have a previous 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the food industry who is keen on progressing their career. You will have a methodical approach to workload with a flexible approach and team management and people management skills.
