About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are currently recruiting for casual Front of House Assistants for Stadium Tours & Experiences.

At our Museum and Tour Centre, we welcome visitors from across the globe to the historic and unique stadium of Anfield, where they can bask in the history of the past, and the history-makers of the present. As a Front of House Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for creating a positive first impression and connect with our visitors.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis. Please be aware that most shifts offered for this role may fall only to weekends and school holidays.

**What will you be doing?**

A Front of House Assistant fulfils several duties including greeting visitors, issuing tickets, processing payments, taking, and printing souvenir photographs, distributing, and collecting audio guide devices, and restocking the reception and museum areas.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for team players who can provide an exceptional customer experience to our visitors. Applicants must be reliable, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. Previous experience or the ability to demonstrate customer service skills are essential for this role. Previous front of house experience, payment processing/ taking payment experience is preferred but not essential.
