Kingwood has an excellent reputation as a specialist support provider of services for people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues and Asperger's Syndrome. Our aim is to support adults to develop new skills and live independently both at home and in the community. The work can be challenging but the rewards make every day meaningful.

Experience is not necessary as a fully funded training programme is provided with the opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will have access to excellent ongoing in-house training enabling you to get you to that next step.

We need you to be naturally genuine, caring and enthusiastic. All we require is that you have the right values and an interest in supporting people to achieve their goals.

Every person you support is an individual with their own personality and their support will be tailored to meet these needs. The support provided could be in the way of: cookery, shopping, helping with arts and crafts or watching a film or a walk to the park.

Driving Licence are essential for this role.
