**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Cook to join our team on a full-time basis, with a rate of pay up to £12.50 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of delicious dishes, ensuring that our patrons receive nothing short of culinary perfection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Solid understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends (but no evenings) as part of a 35-hour workweek
- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and excellent customer service
