**As our Database Team Member you’ll be responsible for maintaining customer records by administrating regular database cleansing, fulfilling customer data requests and supporting the Sales team with extensive data requirements.**

Experience of working in a busy environment is essential along with excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel. You will be able to accurately manipulate large sets of data and have a keen eye for detail. You must be well motivated and reliable, with a 'can do' attitude.

**What does the role of Database Team Member involve?**
- Extracting and manipulating data
- Formatting data in readiness to be uploaded to online systems.
- Liaising with internal departments where needed
- Maintaining CMS customer records in accordance with customer requests.
- Management of database cleanse routines
- Generating campaign performance reports.
- Ad-Hoc administration tasks as required.

**What do you need to succeed as a Database Team Member?**
- Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
- Strong I.T skills including Excel.
- The ability to use specific Excel functions including VLookup and Pivot tables.
- Self-motivated with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Pinnacle knowledge would be highly desirable.
