The Insomnia and Behavioural Sleep Medicine (IBSM) Team is based at The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, Great Ormond Street, London WC1N 3HR. We provide National Institute of Clinical Excellence and Health recommended psychological interventions for our patients who experience chronic complex sleep conditions, which include psychological interventions, specialist occupational therapy, physiotherapy and dietary consultations.
