Chapman Tate Associates seeks a L&D Co-ordinator to join this established focused, technology driven organisation that are heavily involved in a number of charitable and humanitarian issues within the community.

My client are at the forefront of the industry partnering with over 10,000 charities helping provide support around hunger and food wastage issues.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for scoping and assessing technical requirements, and supporting on the design, delivery and evaluation of any technical product and rollout. You will be an expert in internal user needs and understand user journeys,adoption, engagement and barriers to relevant systems and tools, being a true voice for users and ensuring that user-centric design is at the forefront of all internal products.

Salesforce is the CRM of choice for my client so if it is highly advantageous if have any experience of working, training and developing User solutions around this.

You will have experience around the following:

- Previous involvement in the full life cycle of technical projects from scoping to rollout, reviews and iterative developments.
- Experience of working with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and design user experience.
- Translate user feedback and barriers into structured user requirements that can be understood by technical developers.
- Communicate and demonstrate solutions and map the end solution back to user requirements.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points and embedding products that work for our network, employees and volunteers.
- Experience with impact and evaluation, or conducting reflective reviews on projects, products or independent work.
- Ability to work in a team with a range of skills and background, including developers and engineers.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
- Possess excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Any experience with the following will be highly advantageous:

- Experience of working with a federated or partnership structure.
- Experience of working in the non-profit sector.
- Experience working in agile project environments.
- Experience in project delivery, business analysis and/or continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in similar tech related fields through academic study or employment.
