Marketing Coordinator

**Description**:
Cintra, part of the PSSG, is a fast paced and fast-growing company with our award-winning software providing payroll solutions for over 1000 clients. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing department with oversight across the entire PSSG Group of companies. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a similar role within a sales or marketing team. You will be an organized multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail, and able to handle many diverse projects at once.
You can find our modern offices situated within Hoults Yard on the edge of the Ouseburn Valley with its flourishing creative networks, abundant local heritage and lively social scene. Hoults Yard is a vibrant community which includes quirky cafés, leisure facilities and other local businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the activities of the sales team including organization of team meetings, training programs, team awards, and circulating monthly updates
- Support with inter-departmental communications and processes
- Manage and update sales materials e.g. brochures, sales decks, and contracts
- Manage and update the CMS (Hubspot). This will include data entry, list uploading and cleansing
- Track sales team progress, ensuring CRM is kept up to date
- Prepare marketing reports, collecting, analysing and summarising marketing and sales data
- Assist and support in the development and implementation of the Groupmarketing strategy
- Support with marketing campaigns and internal communications
- Assist in reporting to the sales team on campaign performance
- Identify improvements for processes, content, and lead generation to help achieve immediate and long-term business goals
- Provide market research and competitor analyses
- Co-ordinate customer events, working with the rest of the marketing department to execute
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CMS system and CRM system, particularly Hubspot is a plus
- SaaS business experience a plus
- Ability to evaluate detailed metrics, KPIS, and improve campaign performance
- Past work experience as a marketing co-ordinator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
