- To provide flexible support to cover absence, holidays, etc to our clients with enduring mental health needs over a shift rota of 7 days a week which will include evenings.
- The Bank Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill health, to live valued lives within the community. This will include the provision of personal, emotional, and social care. To work closely with clients and relatives/carers, protecting their dignity, choice, self-esteem, and well-being at all times

This role will continue to evolve with the growth of Bridge Support and from time to time the job description will be reviewed and amended, to reflect changes in demand.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
