CNC Loader

BHC is one of the UKs leading Structural Steel Fabrication and Construction companies, supplying, and erecting fabricated steel nationwide within the UK and Ireland.

We currently have vacancies for both dayshift and nightshift CNC Loaders who are familiar with Structural Steel Sections. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is to receive material into the correct location within the workshop, and to load materials in the correct order and on time.

**Key duties include**
- Operation of all equipment for the role in a safe manner, including overhead cranes
- Complete relevant documentation and record work activity using TnT scanning systems or strumis system
- Ensure delivery lines are passed onto the Material Controller in a timely manner
- Ensure all materials are placed into their correct locations and the location then passed to Material Controller
- Liaise with CNC Manager who will provide lists for material required at each CNC machine
- Unload material from vehicles in a timely manner and place in correct location
- Continuous housekeeping always ensuring a clean and safe working environment following BHC written work instructions
- Always adhere to BHC Health and Safety procedures
