**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with a talented team to construct, repair, and maintain boats of varying sizes and types.
- Utilize your expertise in deck fitting to bring our projects to life.
- Bring precision and dedication to every stage of the boat-building process, from initial design to final touches.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience inside or outside the industry, fit out, repair, and maintenance across different disciplines.
- An overall understanding of fit out, repair and maintenance processes.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in the face of new challenges and diverse projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Both **PAYE **and **Contracting **positions are available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 47 per week

**Salary**: Up to £25.00 per hour
