One of Gloucestershires most well known not for profit organisation is looking to recruit a Head of Finance Head of Finance to join their dynamic team and steer their financial strategies into the future. You will provide sound leadership and direction for the business in financial management, including supporting the development of strategy, long-term financial forecasts, reviewing infrastructure and business modelling as part of the Management Team

Your main duties will include:

- Prepare annual budgets and multi-year forecasts and ensure these are aligned to strategic plans, including agreement of underlying assumptions.
- Maintain the financial governance framework -The Financial Regulations - to ensure best practice in financial decision-making and development.
- Ensure financial and other reporting systems provide a strong internal control environment and satisfy the requirements of charity accounting and regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for Financial Reporting and Monitoring including production of monthly & quarterly management accounts; Cashflow reports, Annual Statutory Accounts & capital asset spend reports; and where required to present financial information to SLT, budget holders and Trustees.
- Cashflow management and forecasting.
- Banking arrangements.
- Internal controls
- Payroll and pensions
- Oversee the preparation of Statutory Accounts and lead on the annual audit process.
- Act as finance business Partner to budget holders across the organisation.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
