**Part Time Accounts Clerk Required at** **Pensnett, Kingswinford - T Wall Garages**

Part Time Accounts Clerk required to work for successful independent family-run dealership with Vauxhall and Ford franchises in Kingswinford.

A unique opportunity to join a local family-run business, trading in the West Midlands for nearly 70 years.

**Job description**:

- Invoice registering and verification
- Reconciliation of Ford Vehicle bonuses received
- Reviewing of internal and external service plans
- Maintenance of debtors and creditors
- Daily banking
- Petty cash
- Stock take

**Essential skills**
- Previous experience of working in an account’s role.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Polite telephone manner.
- A proactive and process-driven approach.
- Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
- Team player who works well meeting monthly demands.
- Other General Ad-Hoc duties in fitting with the position

A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel would be preferred

Position is Part-Time (20 - 25hrs)

Holidays: starting with 22 days plus Bank Holidays pro rata
