We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team at our Warehouse in Auchtermuchty. Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent admin service
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Administer and process fast payment machine (PDQ)
- Resolve customer queries and provide relevant information
- Support colleagues with other ad-hoc administrative processes as and when necessary
- Answer and make customer calls
- Follow all company policy and procedures
- Overtime when required.
- A “can do” service driven attitude
- Organised methodical thinker with ability to plan workload efficiently
- IT skills, including excel, word etc.
- Ability to communicate with peers and customers both internally and externally
- Proficient in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration skills
**Qualifications**:
- National 3+ Scottish National Qualifications/GSCE equivalent
- SVQ/NVQ in Administration or equivalent
