The Primary Purpose of this role is to deploy TMG resources to maximum effect ensuring a balance of Customer Service and Cost Effective use of resources. To achieve this the individual must have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a team of colleagues ensuring that the Business performance targets and objectives are met whilst delivering a high standard of service to our customers. It must be ensured we respond to customer needs, taking responsibility for resolution of customer enquiries.

- Utilise TMG's dispatch software to aid Answering call’s quickly and in a professional manner
- Deploy TMG resources effectively, ensuring cost effective use of resources but maintaining the customer service level that is expected.
- Demonstrate effective communication with Service Delivery, Area Service, Regional and Operations managers.
- Assisting to Maintain SLA’s and Performance throughout the team.
- Hold excellent communication skills, and a ability to remain professional at peak times

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
