**Strategy**

Financial Markets eTrading has defined an exciting strategy and aggressive multi-year year product roadmap. The FM eTrading technology team is a specialist team of individuals hired to evolve the bank’s single dealer and multi dealer platform services ina way that will differentiate Standard Chartered in the markets it participates in.

**Business**

Forthcoming roadmaps include adding new asset classes to the platform, implementing regulatory changes, building more sophisticated hedging tools and generally implementing new initiatives to make the eCommerce business more competitive and successful inthe marketplace.

**Business Knowledge Requirements**:

- **Experience of working in the eCommerce technology function of an Investment Bank, Financial Services Company or Technology Company.**:

- **Understanding of pricing for FX Cash products (Spot, Forward, Swap, Window Forwards)**:

- **Understanding of different types of order products (resting, algo)**:

- **Understanding of FX cash product hedging**:

- **Understanding of the broad landscape of an eCommerce environment**:

- **Understanding of post trade workflows for eCommerce activity**:

- **Understanding of the various bodies of regulation that impacts financial markets today**

**Processes**
- Capture requirements to a good level of detail to cover all scenarios and permutations
- Breakdown requirements to support the Agile methodology and produce stories that are easy for development teams to pick up
- Experienced in the delivery of complex software delivery projects in an agile environment
- Experienced in JIRA and Confluence tools to facilitate requirements capture

**Regulatory & Business Conduct**
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations,guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

- Understand the regulatory environment and its impact on the eCommerce business lines

**Key Stakeholders**
- Provide coordination and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and the development team
- Assist in the requirement gathering with a multitude of stakeholders from different disciplines within the bank and of different levels of seniority

**Other Responsibilities**
- Help rollout features to business users post go-live
