**Hours**:37.5 per week, 8am - 4pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break (with flexibility required). All-year round contract.

**Salary Grade**:Band 2 Vocational, Point 1-5 £20,475 - £23,135

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, well organised, thorough, ICT literate and versatile Admin Assistant to take responsibility for all aspects organising educational visits for the school to join our busy, friendly Office.

- Act as a central supporting role for staff
- Ensure an effective and responsive administration service is provided to all staff, partners and visitors
- Upholding the vision and ethos of the school at all times, providing an excellent customer service on reception
- Under the direction of the Office Manager, to assist with the work of the Reprographics Department to provide an efficient service to all faculties and departments within school in a timely manner
- Support effective communication throughout the Academy and its community by provision of effective documentation and meticulous record keeping, filing and archiving. To provide a reprographics service of excellent quality and to manage deadlines, for all colleagues at The Lowry Academy

- The school has a straightforward approach to disruption to lessons. We follow a warn-remove policy where any student who disrupts learning, having been previously warned and given the opportunity to correct their behaviour, including opting out of work, is removed from the lesson.
- The Academy has zero tolerance for any act of defiance or disrespect towards staff or other students.
