Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. The Support Worker will play a crucial role in supporting patients with various needs, including senior care, patient care, and dementia care.

**Duties**:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Implement care plans and assist with medication reminders
- Help with meal preparation and light household chores
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary

Qualifications:

- Experience in senior care, patient care, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with home care practices
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals in assisted living facilities
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Capability to handle tasks related to dementia care with sensitivity and understanding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.84-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week

- Spinal Injury: 1 year (preferred)
