**Formel D** are recruiting for the role of **vehicle polisher in Basildon.**

**The role**

Our **preppers/polishers** identify paint defects occurred during production and rectify them. Duties include
- Repairing blemishes and fisheyes
- Flatting and polishing
- Reworking any paint defects

**The job**
- **Shift**: Weekly rotating shift: days
- **Salary (umbrella or LTD)**: £20 per hour
- **Allowances**:£25 shift allowance per shift worked
- **Salary enhancements**: 25% after 8 hours of work and Saturday (£25 per hour), 50% on Sunday and bank holiday (£30 per hour)
- **Pay frequency**: fortnightly via LTD or weekly via umbrella company
- **Contract**:temporary contracting, outside IR35
