We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our amazing team who exclusively look after a 20 year-old client.

Our client has an acquired a brain injury but that hasn't stopped him getting the most out of life. He loves days out, fun and friends and he needs a little help to be an independent lad. They must be cool enough for a young trendy lad to be around. They must love adventure and getting out and doing stuff and they will be respectful of his dignity, independence and want to be a fantastic part of his unbelievable story.

If you are a caring, fun, outgoing and reliable person then this might just be the job you're looking for. You must be flexible and have your own car. Expenses and good rates of pay along with company benefits programme are also included.

The role involves you being a hands-on support worker helping our client get the most out of his life, this includes helping him with appointments, shopping and working as part of a larger team of support workers and therapy professionals.

In addition you will carry out team leader duties to ensure the team remains compliant, regular monthly audits of medications, notes and records are completed, ensure the rota is managed effectively, liaise with the case manager to ensure the care plan is up to date and working with therapists to ensure carry over of therapy is achieved. In addition ensuring all timesheets, mileage and expenses are submitted correctly and on time, carrying out support worker supervisions and appraisals and other adhoc duties as required.

A senior support worker will also be in place to assist you to carry out these tasks where required.

This is a full time role and the rate of pay will be £20.00 per daytime hour, sleeping shifts are paid at £85 per weekday sleeping shift and £95 per weekend sleeping shift.

Great training is available to get you up to speed and keep you at your best as our client deserves nothing less.

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 3 years (preferred)
- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
