**Our Aylesford depot are currently recruiting for a talented Assistant Warehouse Shift Manager to join the Night Shift team**

**The role includes**:

- Health & Safety legal obligations - adherence to Company policies and procedures and ensure Group H&S policy is implemented and adhered to
- Day-to-day team management to ensure achievement of productivity targets
- Contribution to overall high levels of customer service
- Support good stock management practices
- Liaison with other operational departments

**You’ll have**:

- Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills
- Good judgment in decision-making - ability to take responsibility for decisions and articulate reasons for decisions made in a transparent way whilst dealing with challenge effectively
- We are looking for somebody who can act as a role model for the Company values, with a desire to assume responsibility and accountability in all relevant areas
- Exposure to high volume, absorbing pressure when results are not going to plan
- The ability to empower individuals and teams to act on customer feedback and insight.
