**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Floral Design and Arrangement**:

- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Select and source flowers, plants, and materials from suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and freshness.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of floral trends, techniques, and seasonal availability.
- **Seasonal Decoration**:

- Design and implement seasonal decorations for holidays and special events, including Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and other festive occasions.
- Transform interiors and exteriors with creative and thematic décor, enhancing the ambiance and aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, delivering customised decoration solutions.
- **Client Consultation and Service**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their floral and decoration needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and samples.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs that meet their expectations and requirements.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with event planners, venue managers, and other vendors to coordinate the setup and installation of floral arrangements and decorations.
- Manage the logistics of transporting, setting up, and dismantling decorations and arrangements for events.
- **Maintenance and Care**:

- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of floral arrangements, keeping them fresh and vibrant for the duration of events.
- Provide guidance to clients on the care of floral arrangements and plants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of floral arrangements and decorations.
- Experience in seasonal decoration and event styling.
- Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and color.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle, transport, and set up decorations and arrangements.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Formal training in floral design or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized floral design institution.
- Experience working with high-end clients and luxury events.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
