Bar Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including bartending, team management, and customer service.
- Supervise bar staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Open and close down premises
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
