**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Primary TA to support teaching and learning at a superb primary school near Central Birmingham.
Are you an experienced Level 3 Primary TA? Are you confident working with children with SEN such as Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia? If so, look no further than this Primary TA position we have available.
** Primary TA
** Ofsted ‘Good’ school with outstanding SEN provision
** Full-time position until the end of the academic year 2023
** Primary TA role, starting immediately
** £350 - £400 per week
The Primary TA Role:
As a Primary TA, your main focus will be supporting learners with SEND within KS2. You will be allocated a regular class, so you can build a relationship with the children you support, and provide them with more consistency. You will work alongside the class teacher to differentiate classwork to suit the level of ability of the pupils you are supporting. You will work alongside other Primary TAs to ensure you are delivering a high-quality education to the SEND pupils.
The Primary TA:
To be eligible for this Primary TA role, you must hold a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or one similar that is relevant to the role of Primary TA. You must have extensive experience working with SEN and SEMH needs, and be able to demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge that enables you to differentiate work effectively. As a Primary TA, you must be able to manage behaviour effectively and have a very clear understanding of safeguarding policies.
The School:
This Ofsted ‘Good’, two-form entry primary school located near central Birmingham caters for pupils in KS1 and KS2 with a relatively high intake of SEN pupils. There is outstanding support provided to these pupils, and staff receive regular CPD to ensure they are providing the highest quality of support possible.
