**Legal Counsel - Real Estate - Clean Energy**

An excellent opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding renewable energy company who are looking to appoint their first in-house counsel. Working closely with the Senior Management team you will support on land acquisitions whilst ensuring robust processes and governance are in place across the business. This will include drafting and negotiating option agreements, leases and reviewing title documents.
You may be currently working in-house or in private practice and will have a good knowledge of option agreements, leases and negotiating heads of terms. Experience of renewables would be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
