With 9 residential houses set in over 17 acres of private grounds. We offer a diverse range of facilities, such as a sensory swimming pool, sensory room, trim trails, private woodland walks, interactive projector, trampoline, and craft centre.

**Please note**:This role is an active role and therefore requires a general level of fitness to ensure that you are able to support the service users effectively with activities such as walks, bike riding and swimming etc.
- Our purpose is to provide cost-effective high quality autism-specific services that enable our clients to live as full a life as possible in an environment where their individuality, independence, dignity and rights are understood, respected and upheld._

**The role includes supporting Autistic Adults with all aspects of their daily lives and supporting them to access/participate in activities in the community.**

Experience is preferred but not essential; **most important is the ability to demonstrate a caring and friendly manner.**

**Salary: NEW SALARY SCALE from April 1st: £12ph - £12.30 ph (depending on qualifications and experience) rising to £12.66ph**

An estimated annual salary is **£26,688** (based on 6 sleep ins per month) in the first year rising to **£27,958** after completing probation.

Currently:
**£11.50ph (without experience and qualifications) or £11.80ph (with experience and qualifications) rising to £12.16ph **(please contact for bank rates) on successful completion of probation, **plus £50 sleep-in payment** per night.

An estimated per annum salary is **£25,126** in the first year rising to **£26,392** after completing probation.

**Hours of work**: Full time with alternating shifts (7:45am - 3:30pm Early shift and 2:45pm - 10:30pm Late shift) six days on, three days off.

(Part-time roles range from 4 days on, 5 days off to 5 days on, 4 days off)

This is done a rolling rota system and is repeated. Please note you will not work the same days each week.
