We seek an experienced cleaner to join our clients busy facilities team, based from offices in Bognor Regis but supporting sites in Chichester, Bognor and Littlehampton your main duties will be to ensure that that you provide a high level of service in atimely manner to ensure that the rooms are available for new guests. This client provides temporary accommodation for local authorities - these are mostly single occupancy accommodations or HMO - you will work alongsde the maintenance engineer to plan work.This is a 30 hr week role, 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday

The Cleaner's role can vary depending on the site but in general their duties will include:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required
- Stock and maintain supply rooms

KEY SKILLS
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical abilities to undertake the tasks
- Good numeracy and literacy
- High level of attention-to-detail
- Good organisational abilities
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- **This role will support 3 locations therefore a car driver with a full /clean UK driving license is essential.**:
