**Monday to Thursday 37.5 hours per week - flexible working hours**
Are you an experienced CNC Milling machine setter and operator working with metal materials to varying tolerances?

Are you looking to join a growing company who offer flexible working hours and a 4 day week?

Due to a high volume of new work, we are recruiting for an experience CNC milling machine, setter/operator to join a well established and one of the UK’s leading precision engineering companies.

Working as a CNC Milling Machine Operator you will be working across a variety of milling machines and on Heidenhein controls to machine castings for the motorsport industry.

You’ll probably want to know what’s involved?

**What you will be doing**:

- Operating various CNC Milling Machines
- Setting up new jobs
- Working from complex drawings
- Recording information accurately
- Check and maintain tooling in the machine shop
- Optimizing performance to meet output and quality targets
- Carry out regular maintenance of the machines

**What you’ll need**:

- Previous experience operating and setting CNC Milling Machines
- Ability to work to tight tolerances
- Experience of machining metal materials such as aluminium, cast iron, titanium and alike
- You are proud of achieving results and meeting quality standards
- A can do attitude
