Elmore Court is an award-winning wedding and events venue in Gloucestershire, with a family history dating back nearly 750 years. We have a reputation for being the best at what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Food & Beverage Team Member

**The Role**
- Support the Food & Beverage Managers on the day to ensure that the service team are guided, trained and supported to run the Wedding or Event.
- Ensure that drinks receptions and dinner services are run professionally whilst looking picture perfect.
- Help out with the evening festivities once dinner service has finished and ensure that the party ends in style
- Help with the clean down of the Wedding and start to get things ready for the next one.
- Encourage and demonstrate impeccable organisation and time-management to ensure timings are met.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to make sure communication is timely

**The Person**
- At least 1 years’ experience working within the hospitality sector in a busy, high-standard operations
- Experience of working within banqueting will be beneficial to the role.
- Flexible approach to working hours as the role will involve weekend and evening work.
- Lead by example through being a positive, outgoing, well-presented individual.
- Excel in a team-working environment and be open to injecting a little personality into the role.
- Conscientious but laid-back; we need someone who fits the Elmore mould and presents themselves as a professional.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.42 per hour
