Your past experience will give you the expertise and confidence to lead, implement and monitor effectiveness of strategic initiatives and interventions to improve outcomes for pupils. The delivery of high quality training on SEN strategies will be part of your role, and advising staff to ensure our pupils have all that is necessary to assist them in their learning. You will be the schools CLA’s teacher responsible for their provision.
You will need to be well organised, with excellent planning and communication skills and be able to build rapport quickly with parents/carers and with the young people you serve.
