We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our growing team in Fazakerley, Liverpool.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Team, whilst gaining a national Apprenticeship qualification. A wealth of experience is not required for this role; however, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual. Team morale and fun are also extremely important as is someone who pays attention to detail and has good IT skills.

Due to business growth, this role will provide both versatility and opportunity for future progression. The role will come with full training and on completion you will gain either a Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship and have the opportunity to complete further qualifications if required.

**Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not exclusive to**:

- Receiving and dealing with queries from employers and apprentices, as well as general administrative tasks such as data input, word processing, filing and photocopying.
- Supporting the Operations coordinator in data entry and submission, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Registering apprentices for their training courses and learning platforms.
- Booking of exams, exam invigilation when required, and sending out exam results, sorting certificates.
- Supporting colleagues with external inspections and audits.
- Chasing up incomplete files for outstanding documents and apprentice information
- Supporting the IAG team to provide course information to other apprentices.
- To undertake additional projects and activities to meet the needs of customers and the management team
- Taking minutes and distributing to relevant parties
- Responding to operational issues and queries from tutors, senior management and clients
- Any other reasonable duties assigned, including administrative and operational tasks.

37.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday (Negotiable)

8:30am - 4:30pm.

Office based - small office located in a communal office building.

Office has access to full kitchen and offers onsite parking / located near bus stops.

**Salary**: From £17,500.00 per year
