Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer databases and update records as needed.
- Generate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
