**Role: Regulatory Administrator**:**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 Per annum (DOE)**

**Hours: 30 Hours/Part Time/Days TBC**
**Job Type: Fixed Term**
**Location: Remote with some travel to offices when required**

**Purpose of Role**:
To support the Head of Safeguarding and Regulatory Managers with all COVID & regulatory matters including general liaison with regulatory bodies, report writing and all associated administration required. To support the Safeguarding team in order to deliver the highest quality of care and education in line with our Mission in Motion.

**Responsible for**:

- Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously supporting the improvement of practices, processes and behaviours that underpin the Bright Horizons culture
- Support the Regulatory Managers with setting registrations, de-registration and re-registration of settings when required
- Any required administrative liaison with regulatory bodies
- Support with the distribution and maintenance of regulatory correspondence
- Support, when directed in any regulatory notifications are submitted in the required timeframes
- Support the maintenance and report on regulatory data when required
- Attend ‘Ready to Respond’ calls and support the Regulatory Managers to ensure any required actions are followed up
- Accurate notetaking for the Safeguarding team, when directed, including investigations
- Be a key contact to operational colleagues and the nursery management teams
- Keeping the ‘OneSupport’ system up to date.
- Exporting information from ‘OneSupport’ into Excel
- Owning the COVID process: joining COVID specific R2R calls, taking notes, making relevant notifications to OFSTED via their online portal and saving documents centrally
- Managing all elements of the UK COVID-19 inbox
- To support, when requested any further administrational duties outlined by the Head of Safeguarding

**Essential Experience**:

- Proven exceptional administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in data analysis and report writing
- Highly confidential, with strong attention to detail

**Experience Desirable**:

- Childcare L3 qualification
- Sound knowledge & understanding of all regulatory requirements in the sector
- Experience in a highly regulated environment or the childcare sector

- Resilience, with ability to work effectively under pressure
