- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and other medications.
- Provide customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the preparation of medications for dispensing.
- Understand and adhere to all laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers.
- Process insurance claims and payments.
